LeadTime is a one-year, life-on-life course for 21-30 year-olds who are looking for missional life training. It is an experiential learning environment, preparing you for the next level of serving God. More than a program, LeadTime really is an adventure where you'll learn what it means to live in community for intense discipleship training. LeadTime seeks to nurture godly character in you and develop practical ministry skills so you can be deployed to servant leadership in any career, in any environment, in any context. Through study and hands-on service and missions experiences, this ministry internship prepares you for placement in counseling ministry working with at-risk teens and families, domestic and international missions, urban ministry, and student ministry through local or para-church organizations.
